7. Payment Terms

• Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month

Both parties acknowledge that they may have access to confidential information of the other party. Each party agrees to:

Confidentiality obligations shall survive termination of any agreement for a period of five (5) years.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
